ToE: Atomic Theory is the single most-expensive industrial-age tech. Electronics is a second most-expensive, and gives us a wonder. The only way to get more expensive techs with ToE is to pull modern techs with it.

Build granaries? I intend to capture Cuzco...

Definitely do not raze it. Remember that when you capture a wonder it does not produce culture. You only get culture when you build the wonder. We would still get the granary benefit.

Next turn, capture Cuzco, then march on Huamanga (for Leo's). War weariness is becoming an issue, we need to make it swift. We don't really need Leo's, so peace after we take Cuzco is just as well, if not better.

China has money. It may be best, for now, to take their money and stay at peace, as they are not much of a threat.

A lot of towns are still building cannons. Change any or all of them as you see fit.

Coal Plant is good prebuild for hospitals. Since Madras doesn't need a hospital, we can prebuild Battlefield Medicine there. Just get that fifth hospital in one of our other cities. Indus, perhaps?

Set up a few worker factories so we can join workers to our culture cities. Kolhapur and Pune can be set up with just a few railroads.

Sorry, when I came back to this I forgot to write out the rest of the turnset. We've learned Sanitation and am working on Electricity. Delhi and another city have hospitals with a 3rd finished this turn. I'm wondering if we should swap Calcutta to either a hospital or factory and finish US later.

We need to trade for Military Tradition, and can put lux back to 0%.

Bangalore needs to start growing and begin prebuild for ToE. We'll have Scientific Method in 9 turns. ToE can be built in 14 turns. This will give us 5 turns to pick up Replaceable Parts after Scientific Method.

Pune needs another railroad, then it will be a 2-turn worker factory at size 4. Bombay looks nice as a 3-turn worker factory, just needs MM every 3rd turn. Kolhapur can also be a 2-turn worker factory at size 4, needs two more railroads. I suggest switching Kolhapur to a settler, complete this turn. The more workers we build, the sooner all of our rails will be done. At that point, we can join most, if not all, of the natives to our towns and cities and keep the slaves for clean-up duties.

We can build hospitals in Hyderabad (8 turns, 380 gold to rush now) and Jaipur (14 turns, 420 gold to rush now) to allow us to build Battlefield Medicine.

Maybe one vs Persia? They are closest in culture, but on the other side of the lands. Taking on (easy) inca or byzantines will give us more lands => More cities => More support => More scientists.

And Bangalore is allready the earliest win for 25K: 2011
But the limit actually is 30k right? But just for good measure, should we build Wall street in bangalore?

Lahore will finish Stock Exchange next turn. Can start the pre-build right afterward. With 56 spt it can easy finish in 6 turns.. If MMed I think that can go down to 5

CAII estimated win dates include all doubling of existing buildings. The only thing not included is culture not yet built. CAII single-city estimate is for 20K, not 25K. Even with Wall Street, Bangalore should be less than 25K at 2050.

Computers gives us 13 cpt in new culture, Fission only 6 new, so we definitely want Computers first. Dependant upon research capacity, we may want to get Minaturization before Fission. The thought here is if we can pick up both techs while we prebuild the Fission wonders, getting Minaturization first will allow us to use The Internet as a prebuild for Longevity or Cure for Cancer a few turns sooner. That's still about 30 turns out though.
