Hi, I just started the game.

In my first game (on settler ) I noticed there was a National and World wonders limit per city of 2. However, I don't get this. I was able to build much more than 2 of each in my capital (the only city to seriously build wonders). And then, near the end of the game, after about 8 of each (roughly, I think) I couldn't build them anymore as the rules finally decided to kick in. Could someone explain this to me?

Also, another question. Some of my cities had trade route with : blah blah blah what does this mean? I only had like 3 cities (some foreign) connected, but I'm sure all my cities were connected by roads because I could use all their resources in all my cities.

The limit of 2 only applies to National wonders.
World wonders do not have a per-city limit, but are only limited in that there can only exist one of each in the world, which means that if someone else builds one of them, you'll be unable to build it(but you can still capture it from them).

lmao i use to think the same thing, about a wonder limit untill noble / starting prince!
Made my gameplay ahhhh, very creative
(started game on warlord without reading manual or anything and still owned ai :p)
