If it's like the mafia game I hosted, then you have to try and make people switch agendas, and if you can get people of opposing agendas killed.
Not quite. You may feel free to threaten your opponents to switch if you are a mafia, but the agendas are part of the story (I did say roleplaying was encouraged). The main idea of the agendas are to dictate what happens in the story when the game is over. An innocent priest loyal to the Gegorians surviving to the end would cause a different end to the story than a mafia merchant loyal to the Redarms, for example.
