Military Advisor -- How do I find my units?

Am I missing something here? In Civ III you could use the Military Advisor (I think that was the one) to get a list of all your units and where they were located. And I believe from there you could click on a unit to go straight to it in the game.

Is there a way to do this in Civ IV? I haven't been able to figure it out.

With the Military Advisor in Civ IV I can see how many of each unit I have, and I can play around and sometimes get glowing boxes on the minimap that show where things are, but it is not intuitive at all, and there's no nice summary of each unit and its experience level, etc.

Please tell me I just missed something obvious...

I'm wondering the same.

Along similar lines, when you bring up the city list I can't figure out how (if there is) a way to change city production from there or to even immediately hop to the city! It also doesn't "remember" the sort or you pick - so if I order my cities by production to determine where to build a 3rd national wonder or something, not only can I not jump to the city I want but when I come back to the list after finding out my city already has 2 nats the list is out of order again!

Minor issues...and hopefully just lack of knowledge.

Aloha,
Basically you can also click on the flashing square in the military advisor screen and it will take you to the spot of the unti - but yeah no break down - except in the stats screen that gives a breakdown on everything

Well, bummer. I really found the old Military Advisor much more useful. If I leave some random unit on sentry or explore, and then forget about it, I'll probably never notice it again with the current advisor ;-/

I wonder why they would omit such a useful feature from the game?

Yeah, I miss the CivIII Military Advisor, and the Domestic Advisor. Those features (being able to select the cities/units from the Advisor window) should definitely be put into the first patch, IMO!
