Minecraft

I would love to see a rainforest biome with huge trees and fruit and cocoa plants.

What I wish they'd add to Minecraft is making trees collapse when you remove a block from it.

That would be pretty funny.

In other news, I'm playing on a new seed "howisbabbyformed". It starts you in a snowy biome with interesting looking mountains and a very labyrinthine and treacherous cave system nearby. Give it a go if you'd like.

I do see two problems with that. One, large trees don't always have logs connected (they may be diagonal). Two, if you removed a log from a structure (say you misplaced it), then the whole thing is coming down.

We should just have all blocks not attached to the ground at all (so diagonal would count as connected) fall down except bedrock and obsidian.

Biggest problem: Minecraft already deals poorly with CPU and RAM usage, if it had a major physics system it would stop working pretty quickly and crash servers much more often than it already does.

The joys of poorly optimized Java.

That would be easy to deal with, when's the last time you've seen a placed leaf block decay?

I wish there was a better way to fix this:

Place a block below the center of that.

I have no idea when that broke - probably when they nerfed water ladders.

just place blocks the level below the top of the water and it should fix itself after its fixed you can destroy those blocks

I'm playing on the seed "kittiesyay". There is a nearby jungle if you're too lazy to find one yourself, and an extensive cave system nearby.

Also, be warned. Creepers and skeletons seem to be more observant than before. Creepers saw me through the walls twice already.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but, I'm trying to set up a sever on one our computers that me and my friend can play on. I created the "server" and can play on it but my friend cannot connect to server, please help.
