Minecraft

The only thing that excites me is exploring a new map and finding a good location once the SMP server goes up. Then I have no idea what the hell I'm going to build, probably start on a new mansion.

But you can make labyrinths and make it seem ancient and hidden!

They dug too greedily and too deep.

Get a lot of netherrack and lava, and you can comeplete it. ;)

I'll probably head underground again. Building above ground just isn't as much fun for me as tunneling around and making multiple chambers.

There is a mod for NPCs out there, so there's an option.

I'd really like an island/small continent map. I think building along rivers is also going to be a critical big deal too for general navigation

I'm a self proclaimed explorer (as opposed to a builder or miner), so these changes really have me excited!

I love that feel. I'd be ridiculously happy with an open world server (or a very, very large one). I'd just travel around creating ruins with hidden treasure for other explorers, and leaving signs up for them to read. For some reason I just really love the feeling of creating history...

Here's a pagoda I built in creative 1.8, I'll post a link to the tutorial I used for it later:

In the background of this pic is my basic East Asian house, that I built without a tutorial. Personally I think it could be better, but I wonder what you think. :)

Very nice Maxa!

EDIT: Damn, Zelet took the words out of my fingers.

Red Orchestra 2 looks like an awesome game! I still think being able to play first person in a tank is pretty cool!
