Night 3 in the Carnival House
Day three was largely uneventful.
Lord Perpentach graciously provided copious amounts of alcohol and the housemates entertained themselves with a game of truthe or dayre. Things soon got out of hand between the Dwarf and the sculptor, the house's token homosexual, leading to tears all round. The sculptor retreated to the diary room where he remained for several hours, during which even Perpentach grew bored of his monotonous ranting.
During the day two items had been up for grabs, a single token and a bottle of poison which had previously belonged to the Merchant. The Token didn't attract much attention and was voted to Love, while the bottle of poison was seen as a much more important matter. The Toymaker, Pinman, laid claim to it, distrustful of the other housemates' ability to look after it, but in the end Seon, the Magician was seen as a more trustworthy carer for suvh a potentially dangerous item.
Eventually, the day drew to a close and the housemates gave their nominations before heading off to bed.

The Housemates woke to a grizzly sight, strewn across the kitchen floor were the gruesome remains of:

Cautiously, Autolycus approached and confirmed that he had been killed by a sharp weapon, his body literally torn apart in some kind of frenzied rage. The Princess abruptly collapsed, throwing herself back into the muscular arms of Pinman the toymaker in a motion that she presumably thought looked like fainting.
It was then that Electric926, the Cultist noticed a strange object in Choxorn's hands. The bottle of poison which had been voted to Seon the previous day. It was unclear how this came to be in his hands, but it was quickly returned to the Magician.
The voice of Davina then asked the housemates to vacate the kitchen and wait in the lounge while the body was removed. Shutters were drawn magically down from the ceiling, blocking the view of the room. A few minutes later they were opened once more to reveal a spotlessly clean kitchen with no body in sight.
Once the housemates had sufficiently recovered from the brutal death, Nictel and Civplayah searched his room and found two items. A set of 3 lockpicks, and a beautiful amulet. As per usual, these items would be voted on later in the day.
Both the Cultist and the Farmer, who refused to make a nomination the previous night, woke up feeling strangely weak, as if the life had been sucked out of them.
