I´m desperately looking for a Miranda compiler/interpreter on the net but I haven´t found one yet.
So I was wondering whether you guys know where I could get one.
I need an interpreter/compiler for the functional programming language Miranda. It isn´t available in public domain but I´m not willing to pay for a programming language I need for my studies at the university. We use Miranda only for 3 or 4 weeks as an example of functional programming and I probably will never us it again after that. I have to do some exercises which could be pretty difficult without an interpreter.
The university itself has a Sun-pool with Miranda installed but that is only available during daytime and I don´t have enough time for that. I need it at home.
So if anybody could help me I would be very grateful.:goodjob:
Thanks

Well it is pretty uncommon, they use it for my course just this term. It was developed by a university and later taken over by some company.

2) You shouldn't make posts requesting Pirated Software.
It isn´t a request of Pirated Software!
There are several versions available for free but I can´t find them; Miranda is pretty old. And I can´t find the page of the company which distributes it either.
Don´t want to violate any rules! :p

3) Why don't you just rip it off from the school?
My university has a licensed Unix version and I´m not allowed and not able to download the whole package. Also I don´t have a unix system.

My question was whether anybody knows a free download site or has a shareware version at home.

I have already tried the different search engines but they all seem to produce the same result. Just some link collections and a few sites with programming examples.
But no link to the publisher or a download site.:(
Thanx anyway!
