Missing city view file for PTW, (have patch 1.27f already)

File: art\city view\Backgrounds\P-H2O-RiverFore-FP.pcx
It is not in the CivIIIPTW folders (none of them) nor is it on the disc nor can I find it web browsing. If anyone could send me this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks,

Edit: Reinstalled - No help, then uninstalled and installed, again not there. If you could post a link of the file, it would be helpful

Is it giving you any error messages? I have Civ3 Complete and I can't find this file either

Edit: Yeah, It's really weak, I was doing really well for a full blown win in Diplomatic Victory.

there is a file P-H2O-RiverFore. In Civ Complete you find it in the normal "art"-folder. May be you copy that file and add the mising "-FP" by renaming that copy. I attache a zip-file of the P-H2O-RiverFore.pcx for a short time.

Nope looking for the file P-H2O-RiverFore-FP.pcx.
P-H2O-RiverFore.pcx is fine w/o issues. lookinf for the -fp one.
I appeciate the gesture though.
