[MOD] Composite Mod by Exavier

Wow, you haven't* been here for a while. What have you been doing with the mod seeing as to how you wouldn't be so cruel as to not devote your life to pleasing the people of this thread?

Any new units or weapons that you might reveal? A description of how you actually plant forests and when you can? What?
 
lmfao... My job is driving me nuts... 1.5hr drive to work, 9hr shift (1hr for lunch), 1.5hr drive home... then include getting ready for work and eating. Doesn't leave me much civ time during the week i am afraid :(

Right now i am planning the next update for Saturday night or Sunday though there wont be much in the way of changes (exept things i have already mentioned). I am still trying to get code from a cpl of mods and i am also looking into a few things though it looks like that after this next update i won't be able to update my mod every 3 days like i been doing :crazyeye:

But fear not... I am not going anywhere. Well besides work everyday, but i have to have $$$ so i can keep internet active so i can keep eating, sleeping (2hrs a day min), and playing Civ4 :p

UPDATE v1.5

I know some of you have been waiting for this :P

Changes:
-Started a new folder naming scheme so you can have multiple version installed if you wish.
-Added Sevo's Pedia Mod.
-Added Vovan's Unit Upgrade Pedia Page.
-Added Snaitf's Unit Allegence Mod (gives 5% chance a unit will convert instead of die in combat)
-Added LittleRedPoint's Modification to the Unit Allegence Mod that gives a chance to generate a Slave from killed unit (Worker with option for minor building hurry)
-Modifyed Turn table for my Epic speed so game will last longer before hitting 2050AD.
-Reskinned Gunship Unit (Skin Provided by feando)
-Added 3 New Civilizations, Non-AI Playable (though AI will interact with you if you play them), Designed for members of dev/testing team as a thankyou. (Koylana's not in because she hasn't been online in a week).


If i missed anything then I apologize I kinda write these after updating the first page lol. Let me know what you think :P

EDIT: I can't believe i have made (or merged) so much content in my mod lol

Also, to all those interested in my civ (I bet you'd never guess:P) there originally was going to be custom art but after a debate it was scratched so you will have to live with Saladin for now:sad:. Despite the lookings it is a great civ with the fast worker which never obsoletes where as the camel did which like no one used:P. It is great for both peacetime and wartime and also unlike other civs (cough... Exavier... cough:p) I spent some time writing up paragraphs for each subject. They may not be real:sad: (or will they be:evil:) but they definetely are worth reading:D!
 
Woot! I downloaded it. Love my flag Exavier. However one small error is the civilopedia flag is some odd one with weird scribbles and crap and not the skull and crossbones. However, besides that I ain't got nothing to report:). The civilopedia is really nice now:D.
 
Also, another bug with the minimap:

I am confused... if you mean the fact that your landscape looks like Tundra and not the normal landscape you can't plame that one me!!! I didn't touch the minimap i swear! :lol:

Honestly i wouldn't know where to look for that one :P

Great mod. Darn near just what I'm looking for.

But the decreased graphics just aren't for me. Is there an easy way I could easily remove the 30% decrease in unit graphics but leave in all the good stuff?
 
Great work Exavier:D I notice you if I find any bugs but I doubt it. I especially like longer Epic game. Thanks:)

@Everyone - Ok I have uploaded a mirror version with the 30% graphic reduction pulled out... I am calling it the NG version (Normal Graphics). I will update it along side my normal release however keep in mind that the 2 may not be compatable with eachother when it comes to MP games. If someone would like to test this for me I would appreciate it.

Sorry bout not getting this up last night but after getting the first version up I was dead tired :P
 
I now love the mini graphics (the game has been running smoothly [slaves friggin rock!]) so it won't be me:P (unless of course you reconsider "The Ass Kicker":mischief:). Also, slavery now is great Exavier. It is even better than before.

first of all - i love your mod,
and many thanks for the enlarged units.

second,
i wanted to ask you about the new civs:
what do u mean by not ai compatible? if i play a game and one of the ai is korea for instace - what will happaen? cause ive seen it in action and it was ok i think...

third - you are going to add more stuff in the future? cause i merged you mod with fx bigger and longer+randim events and it works fine :)
 
All the extra civs except for the one the testers made (me, exavier, and some other dude) are able to be used by the AI where as the other three can only be played by the human;).
