Mod Won't Load

I downloaded the mod to the my documents folder, but whenever I go to Advanced>Load a Mod and click it, it goes to the desktop like it should and shortly after shows the loading thing that pops up before Civ IV or any mods fully load (not the initializing with the bar). Unfortunately, it seems to just sit there. After a few minutes, nothing has happened except a few soft whirrings early on.

How fast is you computer ?

It has 3G of memory, and a 2GHz processor. I later moved it to the Civ4 mods folder in program files, which caused it to work sometimes but run very slowly.

I find installing Civ4 into C:\Games\Civ4 works best for when you are modding, especially on Win7/Vista.

You'll need more ram (6+ GB) and a 64-bit OS to enjoy this mod. When you do you can then have Civ 4 BTS use a full 4 GB of RAM. Great fun when you have a mod as complex as mine.
