ModBuddy/Gamespy won't let me upload!

I finally completed an original, working mod last night; but I've had trouble uploading it to the Steam Workshop. When ModBuddy opens the Gamespy window, I can log in there just fine--but something has disabled their "upload" button. Could someone please explain what's preventing uploads and how to fix it? Thank you for taking the time to read this...

Hello.

Gamespy was the former service behind the mods browser, it has been replaced by the Steam Workshop. Click Tool > Upload to Workshop (or something like that).

Although I've followed your instructions, ModBuddy has crashed every time Steam tries to read my upload. Since the mod itself works OK, I'm wondering what else might be causing the crash. There are probably log files somewhere, but I have no idea where to look. Please be patient with me...do you know where they are?
