[MODCOMP]Great Options Mod, Core Edition

I have two questions

1. I tried installing this mod before (multiple times) and everytime, when I start a game, the Dawn of Man screen does appear, and the only mod that works is the Mercenary mod. I followed the directions to install it but did I do something wrong or something?

2. Is there a way to use some of your other mods with this one (Namely your Air Force mod)?
 
Thanks for this great mod. I'm now playing my first game with it. However I cannot get the first screen with all the options, the combination Alt-F1 does not work. Does anybody know what is wrong? All other things seems to work.
 
Can't believe I'm still the last poster as of April 30th!

Anyways, ditto on the Warlords one, as I'm back in the states in 3 days, and will pick up Warlords while I'm home. Another question though...

What ever happened to the "Gold Edition"? Is that on hold?
 
Is there ever going to be an update to this for BtS? I tried to do it myself but I get nothing but error after error. I've seen some good compilations, but I don't want all the added units and such that most of them include...

TheLopez is long gone so I doubt it.
