Just tried it. The Game crashed, so its not Warlords compatible.
 
Nope, it is NOT warlords compatible. I'll get to making a new version sooner or later :p

I really like your Mod, although it doesn't seem to work properly on my version of Civ. It seems, that only my cities are left by immigrants, but no immigrants move to my place! First I thought, that my cities aren't happy/healthy enough, so I choosed to play on a lower difficulty level and take Isabella (Exp=health, religion=happy), but no immigrants arrived. Even if I researched Drama and put the luxury rate high, nothing happened. With the worldbuilder, I finally saw, that the "opponent" Immigrants are existing, but not moving. So I changed the "UNITAI_missionary" to "UNITAI_Spy". now they are walking around, but still don't join cities (have seen one travelling from Thebes to Heliopolis and back for turns)... shall I change the Unit's AI to Attack_City or won't the AI send them 'to battle', because of the combatvalue of 0?!

I play with the version 0.4.5 don't use no other mods. Have no warlords.

For the balancing: I like the idea of 'taking 2 pop-points' and 'giving only 1 back' reminds me on Civ3.

btw: wouldn't it work, to let the immigrants cross ocean with giving them 'flying'?

Added Warlords version compatible with the v2.0.8.0 patch.
 
I've been trying to use this mod... and idk really nothing on modding but it doesn't work for me... oh and does it work for warlords or strictly Civ4

I play ViSa modpack and every time have an annoying bug with the city nationality overflowing 100%. Please, see this post in ViSa modpack thread for the details. I think it is connected with the Immigration mod, because if you turn off culture leak through trade routes, the bug doesn't appear.

I spent some time for debugging and partially :crazyeye: understand how the plot culture works. But still don't know how to fix the bug. One of possible ways is not to send culture to cities with zero culture. I'll try to do this in a few days. But I suppose this is not the best way...

What do you think?
 
I'm new to the mod world; I saw the immigration mod and decided to try it out because I love civ4. I followed the instuctions to use this mod...

While loading/creating a new game, I get an XML error. The game continues to load...upon loading, my settler appears as well as the loocal area. However, a lot of the other graphics do not appear. And, for instance, I try to create my capitol and the window to name my city does not appear.

I'm using the hotseat with 2 players...I don't know if this has anything to do with it...

Oh, I don't have any of the expansion packs and have never downloaded any of the patches. I'm trying to use the 4.5 version of the mod..,

Requesting that refugee units not be destroyed when conquered, but instead put under the player's control with the options to then resettle it, change it into a slave, sacrifice it at the Chichen Itza, or force it to play for its life in an Inca ball court.
