Modifiers to buildings not shown

With all of the different yields being added to walls, castles, temples, and others I find this limitation annoying. In the vanilla game these yields are added to the tooltip, but they aren't added in TBC. Can this be corrected?

I was not aware they'd added this to vanilla. Thank you for bringing it up! I hadn't done it in the past because it's rather complicated and time-consuming to code... but now that Firaxis has done the work themselves I'll just copy it over.

It turns out vanilla has not actually added the yield modifier consideration to vanilla... for example, when we get the Rationalism finisher it does not show +1 on the science buildings. This is simple enough to add though and I've done so for v8.4.
