WolfRevolution v1.3.1 Released.

Bronze Steam and Tears beta release. Bronze Steam and Tears has the design philosophy of simulating an official expansion pack. I built it out of WolfRevolution to more accuratly reflect that philosophy, as WolfRevolution is a great mod, but there were some minor issues I had with the Wolfshanze mod (high poly count units being too system intensive, too many steam ships felt a little crowded in the late industrial period).

Bronze Steam and Tears is designed to have the same level of gameplay change and improvement as Beyond the Sword had to vanilla.
