I don't requent the Civ2 forums too often so I don't have first-hand knowledge of his modding abilities, but he does often speak without thinking here in Site Feedback. I respond in kind.

Yeah slowthinker, i was gonna just leave the thread after i said, dont post cheats until you "mocked me" lol i honestly don't always want to go through the trouble of banning people, i browse the forums and if i see something i need to Moderate then i do what i gotta do.....i don't like posting cheats but banning someone because of it isn't on my top priority list.

PS. I'm a funny guy, i love to joke around like alot of the care free 18 year old students in america.
when me and my friends are screwing around sometimes we'll screw with eachother like if someone dissed me in a joking way, i'd get all serious and look it lol but i'd be cool lol just screwing around.

I mean, if that's what you want, fine. As was stated by Sun earlier, it was a joke. One you didn't find funny, but still a joke.

Still a joke. Sun has banned a total of one person...and that was just recently. I don't see him doing anything but flapping his gums...no banning going on. Maybe if his actions fit the words yuo could complain about it. I would bet if you it would be a close tie betweem Coh, me, AoA, and Lefty for who does the most banning.

Also, my UNDERSTANDING (in that this is what all the mods claim) is that TF has to clear all the bans before they go into place anyway.

Wrong again, each moderator decides on the spot the ban length, TF made a slight error last time, and since has corrected it.

I'd like to think he'd catch something stupid, like the above example, before things got out of hand - but then he didn't with your little episode the week before last, did he?

Nothing wrong happened there except his post and reaction, he was wrong, and has apologized to me, or I wouldn't still be here.
That poster is now under a month's ban.

It is very rude to correct people's spelling on the forums and I would suggest that you refrain from so doing in future. It's all right to make a joke of such things, particularly if they have misspelled something in an amusing way, but to be so holier-than-thou is entirely unnecessary, especially as we don't have a spellcheck on these forums. The use of italics was particularly stupid. Your argument may be better written, but it doesn't make it right. If you were to do this to me then I would be offended and possibly make a complaint. I'm sure that AoA will let you off this once but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
