Is low sea a no-go or is it acceptable, Soundjata ? I have a couple of maps. One with Gilgamesh (normal), the other with Hannibal (tropical). Hand-picked crew (Wash, Nap, Sulei, Isa, Rag, Cath). I can roll some more.
I also have a random, random, normal, normal with Justinian.

^ No Bio, though, Krikav ? Monty is such feelgood in the late game, with all cities growing 1 size per turn. The one and only leader to go Sci Meth before Factories and Biology before military techs. Oooh... Biology requires Chemistry. Forgot about that.

@BornInCantaloup Im game for low sea lever, runaways and potential for loss are exciting!
