More Traits

Most tech changes are 5 or 10%. There are a few at 15, fewer at 25 and one at 50. I suspect that all those above 10% were not adjusted in the last review:mischief:.

Tech adjustments are on top of the base work rate of the worker which is also based on the tech that they become available.
 
I guess I have to compare it to combat modifier. Is a 5% work rate modifier = to a 10% combat modifier such as you get from the free promo on aggressive?
 
Do you actually do any testing on these versions yourself? I can't even begin to keep up. :p

Yes, I test but not every version. Lately were fixes on expansive/imperialistic then replaced some free promos for combatants with alternate new ones, then adding some god traits (two Spiritual, two other, two another - more powerful than normal traits), then tested with another mod which adds one leader Organized/Progressist/Excessive and found that Organized and Progressist need be nerfed :)

EDIT: I made Aggressive/Protective/Nomad/Seafaring originally rich with free promos (ie. to match with old Expansive/Imperialist) but now it may be too rich... could you check it out? the best it would be done when reading XML file :|

Don't worry, it's not your fault that it doesn't work anymore.
Many changes have been made on latest versions. Added Ancient Ways traits, changed :gp: of philosophical character from 100% to 75% when Development leaders is not active... and many more.

9266 is v36. Are you sure you are not playing with 9626 instead? Or 9662?
