A lack of posts for several months says "dead" to me. You look like you're just arguing for the sake of it, frankly, and you should first read up on the facts surrounding an argument before jumping in. If you agree with labelling the US president as "Racist" and "Liberal", both of which provided penalties in-game, then you're flogging a dead horse in this community.
