Movies in the main menu?

On page 11 of the user manual, they describe an option in the Advanced menu that lets you watch in-game movies without actually starting up a game. However, when I go to the actual menu, I don't see a "Movies" option at all. I quickly thumbed through the Readme file and the "Manual Errata" section made no mention of this option being removed.

Am I just blind or something?
