    If I do play, should I disband El-Amarna, and should I go min/max toward Chiv after GL gets Feud?

    As well, I think the next MGL we pop should go towards a Knight/Hoplite army.

    1- OK, you're up, so you can know precisely what's going on.
    2- Yes, we are in OCC
    3- We can't, you need 4 cities/army. Maybe we'll get a factory, or something else, like Iron Works! (Who knows? Maybe the jungles have some coal!)

    IBT - Disband El-Amarna. Retreat hoplite from it. Press enter. Hoplite killed, many bows move into our territory.

    Turn 1 (360AD) - catapult>catapult, send to bombard bow stack. Workers to mine hill for +shields. Send hoplite to cover.

    IBT - Lots of egyptian swords from N.

    Turn 2 (370 AD) - Use hoplites to cover worker + terrain improvments. Change cat to hoplite.

    IBT - Egyptian settler pair. Hoplite>Hoplite, and I rush it, for we have cash, but nowhere to spend it.

    Turn 3 (380 AD) - ZZZzzzZZ

    IBT - 4 Egyptian units attack hoplite covering 2 grass mines, all die, no losses, Hoplite promotes to elite. Athens hoplite>cat. (4-0)

    Turn 4 (390 AD) - Attack injured sword with my sword, kills it. (5-0)

    IBT - More bows.

    Turn 5 (400 AD) - Notice we don't have rax. Switch and rush.

    IBT - Hoplite kills 4 bows, promotes to elite.

    Turn 6 (410 AD) - Athens rax>hoplite.

    IBT - More units.

    Turn 7 (420 AD) - Not much, just shuffle units around.

    IBT - Kill an archer with a hoplite, but lose the same one to a bow. Athens hoplite>hoplite.

    Turn 8 (430 AD) - Kill bow with sword.

    IBT - Kill a horse and archer, but lose a hoplite again.

    Turn 9 (440 AD) - switch hoplite>market + rush it.

    IBT - Market>hoplite. +60gpt. :)

    Turn 10 (450 AD) - not much.

    Lots of crappy Korean warriors and swords. Knights will come soon, but some trebs should help us. I don't like those masses of bab bows or mongol horses, watch out.

    Formula, we need to save quite some cash for future upgrade, so please be careful about rush. If something really needs to bu rushed when there is no shield in box, you can play the trick of rushing a worker first for 80 gold, then switch and rush again. Another trick about rushing: for example, we have 10 spt, and you want to rush a rax (40 shields), you can rush a sword first (30 shields), then switch it to rax, it will finish at the same turn, but saves 40 gold.

    Well, I believe rushing the rax+market was definetly worth the gold, as we need those two buildings badly. Other than that, we will still have enough gold to upg in the future (We have 60gpt.) Thanks for the rushing tips though.

    Preflight, 450 AD (160):
    We have 2 workers, 2 swords, 1 cat, 8 hoplites, paying 9 gpt.
    When did we learn feudalism? Turn on 100% chivalry research, due in 11 turns with -15 gpt. Switch to Sun Tzu as prebuild for Knight Templar.

    550 AD (170): Learn chivalry, shut off research again, switch to KT.

    630 AD (178) IT: Finish KT -> cathedral. London completes Great Lighthouse.

    We have 2928 culture and 38 cpt now.

    We can. We have coast tiles, if we can't hold our tiles, we can just get back in Athens and survive.

    Sorry for late answer. I played 10 turns, I lost a few tiles (we'll get them back when we'll have more crusaders), I rushed catedrals with a MLG.
    We should build more cats, now. When we'll have ~10, we should prebuild for Sistine or any other wonder.

    Sistine gives more culture, IIRC. We can build both. But I think we should try to get Cop's too. EDIT: Maybe even JSB

    Boy, our production is plainly low. In normal OCC games, you get at least 25 spt after revolution, but what do we have now?
