Polish Invasion of the Baltics
The war does not see any conflict, but one of the Polish Air Wings abruptly takes off and defects to the UUC, basing in the Baltics.
Arabian War
With India having blocked the Ethiopian fleet from entering the Persian Gulf, the war remains at a stalemate.
However, the Ummah Confederacy is able to push deeper into Iran.

We, the Angolan People’s Republic, hereby pardon all officials and soldiers of the Marxist Democratic Republic of the Kongo who defect to the Republic. This general amnesty does not extend to the MDRK’s Premier or his senior party officials, for they are the reason this war has started in the first place, and must face justice.

Multilateral Honour: Dawn of the Free Realms
Although the United Uruk Clans are pleased with the situation in the Baltic and Poland, with a war potential to be set short with minimal damages to enable peace to be restored in the region, it is clear that the world is in a state of multiple crises. With refugees fleeing zones of oppression and war we know that the I.C.R.A.S. will be... busy. Nevertheless the greater question is the prospect of aggression. In light of the new episode in southern Africa and the end of conflict in China we must turn to the prospect that war can become, alas, popular, particular if we see the case in Eastern Europe and the continued imperialism conducted by the Crusaders and their theocratic friends.
That and the ever consistent need to keep guard of our western frontiers, by that we speak of guarding Quebec from potential imperial conquests, the time has come for the next stage of multilateralism for the Clans and their comrades.
Henceforth, as a action, the United Uruk Clans will forge a multilateral alliance with its blocs: those with alliances, defense pacts and client agreements with the U.U.C. The new alliance will be known as the Free Realm Alliance, sometimes known as the Jurvik Pact for it is there we invite our allies to come to sign into existence the Free Realms.
The F.R.A. will as a entity be a union of consolidated democracies, with weak democracies that join will be granted the support to be uplifted to a truer potential for the will of populace to be enshrine in the stones of the mountains themselves. We lead in democratic practices, which will include a development of democratic economy as otherwise we will would capitalist oligarchy. We will promote democratic workplaces, the rights of the travelers, the enshrinement of the rights to basic necessities (right to healthcare, right to food, right to housing, right to water etch) and, should it be necessary, the conduct of honorable warfare.
The terms of the F.R.A. we will begin with the militaristic multilateralism of the alliance:

- We are willing to help dissidents and are commitment to open ourselves to refugees fleeing from oppressive realms. We will safeguard the right to protest. We will monitor situations to ensure the promotion of people power.

- As part of a effort towards universal education: open education and research between all members, for knowledge is power and power to the people! This may also cover joint industrial research and initiatives to look towards space programs.
- Cultural Forum: promote the arts and entertainment as a vehicle of glory and prosperity.
Structural the F.R.A. will be made up of three bodies: the Peace Council, the War Council and the Universal Assembly.
The Peace Council will the general diplomatic body between the member realms. Every rotation of four years two member realms will be serving as consoles, to provide as the faces of the F.R.A. Voting by realms will be done primary by yes, no and veto on many issues except for minor alternations which require simple majority and significant alterations to the constitutional framework which require super consensus of 5/6.
The War Council, as noted, will focus on military matters and will be activated in full when matters of conflict are set out. Councillors will include legislative figures and members of the military. Wartime function is to enable strategic co-operation and joint command. Civic judicial oversight will be provided, although security will be provided to ensure critical strategic & tactical planning is safeguarded.
The Universal Assembly is our grand forum, the leap for a ideal for a vision of a boundless commune of the peoples. Our aim is to enable the public in each member realm the means to vote in representatives to keep close call on developing joint laws and other policies between the member realms. This vehicle of people power will be useful in helping turn weak democracies into consolidated democracies, as well as to combat corruption. We intent to also use it as a means to enable our populaces to have better means to reach out to each other, as well as a asset to keep their bodies of power in check. If successful the I.R.E.G.S. project can not only aid in tunneling but enable it to safety enable the usage of vehicles through the underground. The plan for "mole" transport systems are set to enable ease in preparing infrastructure, such as helping prepare underground railway systems and the digging out of space for underground mushroom farms. There is also potential. for deep mining, as well as enabling access routes for emergency services.

The Marxist Democratic Republic of the Kongo
What’s in a name? When the Marxist forces seized control of the Congo region, they immediately adopted the “K” to claim the mantle of the old indigenous state that predated European rule and capitalism.
The Kongolese regime originally saw its southern neighbors as allies in a global workers’ revolution. But, ever the leftists, they invariably began to split on how to best accomplish these goals. Only the Kongolese leisure industries could humble the Angolans, though this just fed into critiques of “bread and circuses” socialism. Nonetheless, Kongolese politics are concerned cleaner than Angolan, and surely enough, the most recent analyses indicate that prior to the recent Congo War, Kongo was poised to have both faster economic and population growth.
While the former Angola cites Kongolese attempts to undermine its security via covert operations as the reason for the sudden offensive, others think this is a case of power transition theory: Kongo was poised to begin overtaking Angola, and so the Angolans took the opportunity to change the game.

The Kongolese state all too often demeans the Angolans – now the Soviets – as “Trots” and other such polite terms. This seems reductive however, as an analysis of the politics of the new Soviet Union suggest that they are nothing if not pragmatic. It is in this regard that rather than commit themselves explicitly to any branch of communism, they insist they take on the style of Lenin, providing for a guided revolution that can take many paths.
The political system is seen as mildly corrupt, with a nomenklatura able to arrange special deals here or there, but the Soviet Union’s political framework is typically ranged average in terms of corruption levels. The one party state, while outwardly an autocracy, actually has a surprising amount of room for advancement, no doubt helped by the various term limits that cap most offices at a decade or less of service. All analyses suggest the losers of power struggles seldom see punishment beyond early retirement in a townhome or similarly comfortable housing; punishment only seems to come if they begin actively dissenting against the regime.
It is in economics where Lenin’s legacy of the New Economic Policy is replicated and, in the eyes of Luanda, improved upon. The state keeps a tighter grip on economics than Lenin did, but still allows a good level of private enterprise, albeit tightly regulated to prevent exploitation. The state participates in socializing many enterprises, though often will delegate these to lower levels, such as utilities. Foreign investment is encouraged, though subject to various restrictions to prevent undermining the Union’s autonomy.
“The unfortunate reality of an anti-capitalist revolution,” one official said on condition of anonymity, “… is that we still live in a capitalist world. Comrade Lenin was surrounded by dogmatists who believed in the inevitability of revolution if they just adhered to this or that ideological hardline. He understood reality does not work that way. That’s why he signed Brest-Litovsk, that’s why he implemented the New Economic Policy. Communism is no more inevitable than democracy; it is something to be persistently, actively fought for, in the context of political realities. And true to Lenin’s own behavior, Angola does not seek to replicate his work… it seeks to build upon it.”
The Soviet Union has abolished capital punishment, which has led to many awkward moments where it is on the same side as the Papal States. Political scientists gather that there is certainly an extensive surveillance state that engages in targeted harassment and can readily infiltrate and dissolve sources of dissent, but there does not seem to be any evidence of mass disappearances or extrajudicial executions; in fact, many Soviet police are unarmed. The corrupt mechanics of party politics and censorship, however, lead to the Union’s classification as a consolidated autocracy: it is just a very well-performing one with regularly-rotating leaders.

President Karmazyn is not intimidated: the UUC had overwhelming firepower on the coastline due to their fleets, but moving inland will be much more difficult. He gives a speech condemning the UCC and its “Free Realms” for condemning countless people to death and despair rather than simply agreeing to a referendum on the Baltics’ status.
“Now we are being partitioned by foreign powers, just as in the past. It’s a good thing there is no Russia, or I’d be concerned the ‘free’ realms would invite them to the dinner table as well.”
Arabian War
The triple invasion occupies every territory besides Bahrain without firing a shot. Only India's decision to bar Ethiopian fleets from the Arabian Sea - and thus the Gulf - saves the Islamic Federation from complete occupation.
Guangdong War
Korea sails into Hainan largely unopposed. Guangdong’s socialist republic is officially defunct.

The Congo War

Pleased with the tides in the Baltic: the Uruk Warchief Bula Paflok ro Miot advises the Polish President Karmazyn to surrender as we are in a position to hold the north. At any rate we are pleased that the Baltic League is fully liberated from occupation. Our hope is that the war will come to a end so we can set our forces out of Poland: our intent remains to ensure Poland does not end up threatening the Baltic League again and that the whole region become stable. If fighting must continue: the glory will be for the League, the Clans and their allies.
Peace and prosperity is what will ensure maximum amount of being pleased.
