Here is Kemal as requested by Tunch Khan. I suppose this could just be a replacement for Osoman of the Ottomans. Since the Ottomans is like the USSR and Turkey is like Russia. Almost same people, same language larger territory.

Shiro, thank you very much for this wonderful leaderhead (and a lot of other great leaderheads that I use in CCM).

The reason for my "late post" in this thread is a transparency issue with the era 3 flics of Ataturk that was fixed by Vuldacon for CCM.

Here is an excerpt of the short tutorial Vuldacon gave me to be able to do such fixes myself:

The Pure White was what was causing the Transparency issues. Cannot have Pure White in those Flcs because that is Transparent. The way to change it is to take one of the images as a .pcx and make a new palette. Then pure White is replaced with a slightly darker White and in this case, I selected a White color that appeared to look best.

You save the palette and then open the Flc in Animation Shop and save the Flc. When you do this, you apply a Custom Palette and navigate to your Saved Palette and apply it. Because the Flc has to use the available colors in the saved Palette, the White that was there will use the New White Color that is the best match in the New Palette.
It is best to change the White Color this way because if the Color Replacer is used in Animation Shop, it will change too many other white colors that are close to what you are changing and that causes "Splotches" of the new White Color.

The fixed flics by Vuldacon are attached to this post. I know, there exists another era 3 Ataturk image with a building in the background, but I like the flic with the flag behind him better.
