Ok I think I just got a basic idea of how skinning works. I don't post this Unit because I'm especially proud of it because all I've done is the redish glow of the sword(blood or whatever) the skin is taken from C. Rolands Archangel and even the alpha channel isn't mine but from Para.Bs swordsman.
The post's reason is more kind of a request. If anyone could put this fellow a nice black cloak on I'd be the happiest man of the world(for a while ).

Good skin, looks like there is now a model for the myrddraal in WOT! I'll keep checking this thread for more updates
