I am playing a game without the new patch, and I encountered a problem where some tiles in my empire were inexplicably pillaged. I was not at war, and nobody had ever invaded these tiles, but I did have a large army deployed in this area. I was the Late Renaissance/Early Industrial period of the game. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
