I'm just going to throw this out there for (mainly, but not limited to) National Order members to discuss their thoughts and feelings on the ongoing political elections. Hopefully we can have a good, enlightening debate and really get into the issues. Note, for anyone who is even thinking it, this is NOT to force people to vote a certain way, or to illegally get a candidate into office! This is simply meant to be a debate.

I'll get some topics on the table. Current elections (as of April 28th):
Term 5 Election for President (donsig and Furiey are running against one another)

Furiey is said to have "done a great job" with her past Term as FA, and has experience from this elected position.

Donsig is running the platform of a more active presidential candidate (picking up the slack where normal bureaucracy is usually inhibited and delayed in their decisions) as well as being a candidate with experience as president.

In the Election thread, Donsig brings up a good point. He notices that there is relatively little participation in the DemoGame, as demonstrated by the incredibly small number of actually contested elections. While there is no evidence at this time that Donsig could do any better on this issue than Furiey, it is clear at least that he has his eye on the issue. Any thoughts?

Nota Bene: The abovementioned views are not personal attacks, and should not be taken as such by any person. Along the same lines, keep all 'personal attacks' out of your posts in this topic. Thank you.

Whoops, I thought I read that you had been before, my mistake! My apologies to Furiey.
