Neat combinations/tricks you've found

I stumbled across a fun one the other night playing as Keelyn under the Council of Esus. Gibbon is just plain silly with mind III and twincast. Tends toward the broken side, when using the puppet feature... his puppets get domination as well. This means two potential dominations on the first turn, four on the second, etc. Gibbon (by himself) can take down an entire enemy army, assuming that you only cast domination through his puppets (to avoid his failing a domination roll and losing the ability).

I assume that others have figured this trick out too, but I had fun with it and thought that I would share it :goodjob:

The Elohim can turn recon units in priests, so you can research Deception, recieve a HN Nightwatch, level it a bit, get promotions like Shock or whatever promotions disciples can't have and then upgrade him to a priest. The priest will remain a HN unit.

I think the Elohim can really put the CoE to good use.

Both of those are just elementary

Build lots of privateers as Sidar.

Cast World Spell (Into the Mist, I think) and place your invisible ships near every single coastal city and bleed their economy dry.

Presumably by pillaging?

I think that's going to change too. I read in the patch notes somewhere recently, that an invisible unit will be revealed when pillaging.

By far my favourite move atm is [Early worker techs] > Writing > KoTE > AV > Priesthood > Infernal Pact > Fanaticism

Build a number of priests as soon as you get Priesthood, and the Infernal Grimoire as soon as you get IP. Time it to finish just as you're finishing Fanaticism, then upgrade your 4 highest exp priests to Eidolons for four str 15 units with march, ring of fire, and a couple of promotions. Add Madero and four Beasts of Agares and rock the world.
