Need early/dotmapping help going for first Emperor win, with screenshots

So I'm trying to get my first Emperor win, playing shuffle map type / random leader / random everything. Rolled a pretty interesting one here, I think. Ragnar with 5x seafood in the capital BFC.

Where should I go from here / how should I settle my lands?

1SE of the sugar? 1 NW of the western gems? 1S of the western gems? All the way out on that eastern peninsula (eventually)?

Seems like lots of good sites and I don't know what to do.

i'd say 1SE of sugar, 1SW of Westen Gems, 2W of Corn north of your capital, and depending on the backland 1e or 1se of Pigs

Double gems + cow + clams is attractive as is clam + fish + cow + sugar... Make sure your cities have a food resource, you have stone so building mids is not unreasonable with this sick amount of food. Hard to say where to settle cities on the other continent wihtout knowing what else is there...

1S of the western gems is an awful spot. As i said make sure all your cities have at last one food resource. You are financial, so working coast is not too horrible. If you get colossus and great ligthouse any seaside city is profitable and any sea side city with a food resource is a monster...

Your capital it might be very possible to just go NE + moai, aiming for early of caste should let you run an really insane number of specialists in your capital(with hrule, unless you can find a lot more happiness resources it is a lot better than rep once you want to grow your capital to size ~20). You can easily run 10 specialists in your capital!

1 SE of sugar; 1 SW of rice. Gems are nice but you don't need to overlap food just to work both. Explore more to check out other city spots.
