So I'm new to this mod, and most of the UHV say that I have to conquer a certain area. But besides a few of them I have no idea where these areas are. Is there any way to know where each one is? Btw I know how to see if I have it, but not where it is.

The lower left-hand corner tells you to which province the tile under your cursor belongs, and how stable expanding there is. Hold the CTRL key while mousing over tiles to highlight provincial boundaries. If you don't know where a given province is, check an historical atlas website to know approximately whereabout in the game to settle/conquer.

The map in the reference folder is a bit outdated. You can use Ctrl + Hover with the mouse and Google to find where the provinces are. Most of them should be easy to find.
Note that the Victory screen gives you detailed info on which provinces havebeen conquered and which ones you are still missing.
