From France:
To Japan:
Friend! Let's sign a NAP to ensure the safety of our new borders!
To Scandinavia:
We accept a NAP with your great nation heartily. However, we cannot sign an alliance as we do not wish to go to a war against the Germans at the moment.
okay, I might just as well write a little story while I'm at it...

Corporal Pierre was confused. "Why, oh why did I complain about the terrible burn of the African sun? Why, oh why did I ever ask for that transfer?" Pierre asked from himself as the chilling Siberian wind blew to his face. His emperor and leader, Napoleon Tell, had ordered a great wonder to be constructed in paris - the Imperial Presence - and with the thriving economy gotten from it, the Emperor had bought a lot of land from USSR. And now Pierre was send among the first French soldiers to these areas...
These were the things Pierre was thinking about when the mailman walked in and gave Pierre a letter. "Oh no", Pierre thought when he read it. It was from his brother.
"Dear Brother! The reputation of your great accomplishments in Africa and now in Siberia have spread to our home town! Your division was mentioned in Emperor Tell's speech when he visited our town! And I have decided to follow your glorious paths, Pierre! That's right, I write this letter not in our hometown Marseilles, but in northern Spain - near Madrid! Can you believe it, we crossed the Pyreness mountains, they were very hard to cross but we know that we are doing it for the right reasons! The Spanish might have just as much troops as we have but we are still the ones advancing, for we fight for freedom, brotherhood and equality - and more especially, we fight for our leader, the emperor, and for the glory of our family!
Good luck to you in Siberia, Pierre!
Your brother
Maurice"
