Augustus almost couldnt contain himself. France and many other nations around this hopelessly flat world had begun constructing railroads, the transportation of the future. Romans were known for thier roads back in the hay-day of the Old Roman Empire.
Augustus wanted to prove that transportation was a Roman expertise, but he knew he must wait on such things. The Roman economy was still managing to float, inflation didnt soar. But he wouldnt take the risk just yet.
"Those Africans have made us land rich. Perhaps we can jumpstart our economy with a little African resources" Augustus knew that was wishful thinking. The lands not in North Africa, which are Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea and the newly conquered Northern Kenya (called Uganda by the British) would most likely be rich in people. But slavery had been outlawed nearly 100 years ago.

The guns were silent in europe, germany and scandiavia had signed peace. but hte war raged on in asia, the japanese was pushed back, it was here where the chinese army crosed the border,gaining land, but losing some to the russians.
the arabs were pushed back in the sauth as indian forces move in, despite this the arabs advanced on the north.
the indians placed mines in the russo-indian border, then the russians sent sniffing dogs, the indians reacted by sending trained tigers, the dogs ran away the tigers followed, both died as they themselfs let the mines go off, confrontation yet.

Bit Bismark knew this won't go for a long time.
Already the Asians begun attack Europian holdings and destory Europian neighborhoods in their teritories.
But he knew very soon he will be fired, so about this he will never do tnohing.
A new Kaizer, Wilhelem the 2nd, have desided not to be weak and under Bismark words. He wanted the power and wanted to get Germany her "Place under the Sun", and Everyone know the sun rise in the east.
The first order of buisness for the young Kaizer was the End of Bismark rule over Germany.
After several days from his thron Bismark have left the Chansllor office by Wilhelem words.
A new Chansllor, much more weak than Bismark have been installed in Germany.
