i didnt forgot things will balacne things out eventually. plus the jihad call was also accepted by the religious leaders of the Sunii church in the CIS nations. not all Jihad rebles and volunteers are under persian control, some are independent, some are under CIS control. The ones in arabia are not fighting to merge w/ persia, but to stablish a more radical funadamentalist govt.

The world was like that long before America invaded those countries, e.g. bin Laden sort of attacked the WTC before the invasions...

However the world was not like that before the end of the cold war. In fact the terrorists focused on who they considered an actual threat to their nation's sovreignty (the closer superpowers) and in fact bin Laden was our ally against the Soviets. Also when a whole state went rouge like this it would usually be the role of their allies to keep them in line. This will not happen because warman is not as good as a single RL Premier at working with his allies to ensure that the Kremlin does not get bombed and because Amon doesn't care.

Terrorism became targeted against the US when we were the last superpower left.

I'm a Muslim and I know for a fact that Shi'as and Sunnis do not hate each other.

The seperation between Shi'a and Sunnis is a political difference; the Shi'a believe that the Caliph (Leader of the Muslim Caliphate/Empire) should have only been people directly descended from the Prophet's (Peace Be Upon Him) bloodline, while the Sunnis believe that any great Muslim could be the Caliph. I think that classifying Muslims by 'Sunni and Shi'a' is totally stupid, as we are followers of the same religion.

A situation like Persia calling for a jihad and Sunnis in Arabia answering is totally realistic in my view.

In my opinion it's stupid. I think classifying Christians is also stupid; I think that Christianity is centered on the main belief that Christ is the Messiah and the Son of God, and most of the denominations believe in just that.

I am potentially interested in joining this NES, but I am confused at to which countries are open right now. Can anybody give me a list, or should I consider the list at the start of the thread to be accurate. I would prefer Canada, if possible.

And, unless the Mod here is good at updating the front page, I am assuming that the front page is incorrect.
