NES - II (start from the First Page ALWAYS)

In 1814, division of Australia was finished. Even as much of the territory wasn't yet populated, countries have claiemd those lands.

Also, after the elections in Grrmany, New Chancellor was Ludwig Lozte.

His first act was to send Sugurha to Hungary, even as those who opposed the armed rebellion against Greece wouldn't like that.

Then, to begin another phase of Imperial Dream, colonies of German East Africa and German Abyssinia were established.

They quickly grabbed a lot of land, but only the coastlien was populated by colonists.

1814:

Everyone in canadia was very happy today. The country has further expanded into the southern region of Noth America. The Navy has been researching the californian navy and has finaly perfected a sail powered ship. It has 10 cannons on it and can operate without any supllies for 1 month. The way they will pay for this is a new Idea it is called taxes. The people dont care because it is only 20 Canadian dollars a year.:D

OOC: Das, has the Incas colonies in Somolia expanded, or has Germany just crowded on both sides of Incan colonies? If possible, please distinguish the two with differen colors, our colonies are so close together, they need to be a different color! Thanks!

The new Incan Ironclad steamed out of the first Incan ship port. The people yelled in happiness and loyalness. Following the Ironclad came three other ironclads, and more were in the making.
"Sir, our ironclads have finished, and our people are happy. We have also peacefully converted more people in our government, our borders have expanded all the way south of this continent."
"That is great, but what of our African and Australian colonies?"
" Our african colonies have been surrounded by the Germans, not letting anymore expansion along the coast, shall we expand inward to the dessert?"
"No, not yet, we will wait until there is reason too."
"Yes sir. Our Australian colony is stable, and is not expanding."

Canada is sick and tired of being treated like eskimos. So stop being racist and be in a alliance with me. Benifits would be oil (when discovered) furs, and many other trades.

Sincerely
Canada's president

Oh, but you said that you are eskimos earlier. So we will trade with you, but what do you have to offer right now?

I suggest that Africa will be divided betweeen the countries with territory in it, so there will not be any conflicts over this area.

In fact, more or less undisputed borders should be established in un-colonizaed areas of Both Americas, Africa and Asia.

hmm... good idea, Das. May I suggest this crude map to the nations wqho have colonies in S.America? And maybe someone can make one for Africa? Skilord or Das?

Incan soldiers at home, finally outnumbering the colonists, patrol the new capital of Manchu Pichu. railroads are now shooting up along the nation, running from north to south, east to west, owned by private companies. The Incan troops and people rejoice in living in the first nation to use railroad and a steam engine to move the train.

I propose this map for the North American Continant.:)

To Das (sorry dont know your country)
From Canada

I will not trade anything with you because you have not made me in your alliance.

To all countries
From Canada

As you can see I am serious about my trading system. So if you want to trade you must let me into your alliance.

German expansion into Indo-China begins.

Meanwhile, first railroad in history was finished between Vienna and Graz.

Yes, we agree to Incan Plan, expect that you forgot about the northern Scandinavian colony.

Expansion has continued in former China too... Germany was a rising superpower.

To Ki Lao and Nikolai (Nicholas): I sugegst that more or less stable border will be established to bring the chaotic Chiense Land Grab to an end. I also suggest that China will be allowed to retake some of it's lands that no one has yet claimed. After all, I am sure that China under a democracy will never do such a thingas the annexation of india. We also need to remember that China was an architect of Shanghai Pact.

1816:

That's fine by me, I'll just have whatever China doesn't want :p

Nicholas

Oh, and how come Germany has expanded rapidly in the last year into the land vacuum near China but Russia hasn't moved?!

Yet another dispatch from the Srivajayan monarchy

In the interests of peace, the newly founded European colonies by the countries of Rome-Gaul (didn't they already claim Vietnam and Korea before you did, das?) and Germany pose a serious threat to the sovreignty of such civilized Southeast Asian countries such as mine own.

This hostile disregard for not only Srivajayan rights but those of the entire Asian race angers me and my contrymen. The colonies are not welcomed. The people are not welcomed. The imperialism and greed are not welcomed. The war is not welcomed.

Quite frankly I'd rather have Shang Tung in charge of China with the now-European lands than the feudalist monarchs in far-away lands.

Should there be any sort of hostility radiating from these colonies Srivajaya will not hesitate to come to arms.

Excerpts from the Jakarta Times
The war in Babylonia has finally come to an end with the capturing of the few desert cities to its Southwest...terrorism and nationalism have been sufficiently subdued, and Babylonians have been given full citizenship to the Srivajayan Empire. A huge reconstruction program has been launched by the King...Babylonia rebuilt by 1820 under plan.

Ralroids started and early steamboats spring up over Sumatra and Java...declared 'most developed Asian areas' by King Elevada...limited industries deceloped in Jakarta.

King Elevada to discuss declaring Srivajaya a People's Republic...new ideals of "Communism" have...sprung forth from the loins of Srivajayan philosiphers...whether or not "Marxism," "Socialism," or "Elevadism" (the King's own personal spin on the government) will affect Srivajayan government...has yet to be decided.

Lands in Indochina that are unclaimed have been taken by Srivajayan settlers...most travelled by Canoe along the Mekong river system...lands of Thailain, Laos, Malaysia and the Southern regions of Vietnam have been thoroughly...explored and settled.

Re-Developements Plans Made In 1814 By President Ki Lao:
- China has begun construction of an Olympic stadium to be ready for the 1822 Olympics. It is hoped that this will bring new industry and revenue to help rebuild China to its former glory.
- New ports are to be opened in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tientsin and Taipei. These ports shall open up China to free trade from all over the world.
- New Industrial developments are to built in Peking, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tientsin and Taiwan to develop mass-manufactured goods to sell all over the world.
- New school system and transport system to be built in time for 1830. This is a long reform which will cost money but result in a better educated China.

To: Shanghai Pact Members
From: President Ki Lao
Subj: New Name
Let me suggest a new set-up for this pact, we in China feel that we should start a fresh from what our ex-ruler has done.
Proposed Plans:
I. All Nations must come to one anothers aid should war be declared by an aggresive nation
II. All nations shall work together to come to a peaceful end to any international problem
III. All nations citizens are allowed free entry to another members nation
IV. Should any Pact member nation become ruled by a dictator then it is the duty of other members to dispel of that ruler
V. All member nations agree to open trade between nations.

I hope this new plan will be accepted when the Pact comes under review next month.
Yours,
President Ki Lao

To: Chancellor Ludwig Lozte
From: President Ki Lao
Subj: Defence
As you know China has currently no military. We intend not to build a military any time soon as the cost would be too high. That is why we ask that you send us a small number of troops to help defend our nation should war be declared.
I thank-you for your help.
Yours,
President Ki Lao

Very well, Incaland agrees to the standards and regulations set forth from once-mighty China. I do, however, ask for an addition. I believe each nation should contribute a certain percentage of it's military power (excluding china for right now, of course!), maybe 1-2% to create a peace-keeping corps (i.e. UN Troops). Also, I suggest we spread our pece-influence to the last continent we lack, North America, herby I suggest we allow New Republic of Canada into our pact. Think abotu it.
