We deplore any conflict. Did not the world get its fair share in World War Two? Why must you get so close to war over this issue?
The Republic of Turkey offers its services in negotiating a proper peace with respect to all sides and offers its nation's embassies (and your embassies in our land) as a neutral ground for all sides to meet and discuss an end to this spiral downwards leading to war.

-Madgascar apologises for critizing the government of Oceania and their people when it is not their place to do so.
-China apologises for the loss of Oceanian life in their propaganda efforts while Oceania was liberating the people of IndoChina.

We are aware that it is not yet a war. But telling a foreign embassy that it has 24 hours to leave the country is often a prerequisite for war, no?
It seems a bit much to threaten war over those demands, however, though I am sure to the families of those who have been lost it is not such a small matter. I am sure though, that the people who lost sons and daughters in those attacks would not wish more to have died for the lack of an apology.
Perhaps they can be met. Perhaps Madagascar and China could explain their reasoning for denying these.

Simple, if the Past Oceanian Government which the present oceanian government does not recognize had not invaded Indochine in the first place, they wouldn't have died. And the problem is that a government that they do not recognize was responsible for those death, and why would they on behalf of that gone government of Oceania.
OOC: I'm going to not be here over the weekend, but i believe my vice President Zhou Enlai will be much more receptive. But don't count on it.

It is during the Communists Government of Oceania, that China sent information and unbiased news into Indochine, telling them that the Oceanian Empire had no desire to give them independence. And it was only after the uprisings, and deaths of the troops stationed in Inner Indochine that forced the Communists Government to allow them independence. And then the present government rose and started all these slightely hidden insults at china, leading to them demanding an apology for our true words, and when it was refused, they kicked our diplomat out. Then, later on, through Madascaran channels, they demanded that we pay the families of the soliders lost in Indochine for our unbiased news in making the natives rise up against those troops. Which also lead to Oceania threatening to use nuclear weaponry on Madascar, and also lead to Madascar's diplomat being kicked out of Oceania. And to top all of this, the present government does not legalize the actions of the previous 3 governments.

We also have no respect for the current Oceanian government, for we see it no different then the fascist government before it. Madagascar considers Oceania a rouge nation, and deals with it such a way as we would a rouge nation.
