In 1920 the new Turkish Parliament will be elected! The seat-holders are determined by proportional popular vote (not by the electoral systems at all), and the President will be elected by the popular vote as well.
The main parties and candidates are:
Democratic Party of Turkey (Mustafa Kemal): Led by the founder of the independent Turkish state, the Party is the current ruling power by a huge margin. They stand for a capitalist government, increasing Turkey's power at home and abroad, and increasing Turkish economic prosperity.
Communist Party of Turkey (Selim Fatima): This is an opposition party currently, with less then 10% of the votes in the last election. They are expected to make a much stronger stand this time. They advocate a welfare state, with full equality and benefits to each and every Turk. They are also rather isolationist, wanting to (in the words of Selim) "Fix the mess we have at home before we worry about the international stage".
Islamic Party of Turkey (Mohammed Said): Carrying the support of most of the hard core conservatives, these advocate a state in which the church is not separated from state, and a majority of the laws of the state are made by the Koran.
Fascist Party of Turkey (Ulaann Sudir): These are the extreme radical right, who advocate an agressive foreign policy to further the interests of the Turkish state abroad. They are not expected to get anywhere in terms of votes.

If foreign nations (you guys) would like to endorse a party (that implies a monetary contribution, but it will won't effect the stats... Unless you want to send an economy level to me, in which case I will be very happy), then you make them more likely to win.
