The Aztecs propose that, unless a particular conquered region votes overwhelmingly to join another African nation, all should be granted independence. Why? Because slight majorities outvoting large minorities is likely to cause conflict in the former Brazilian colonies.

The way to solve the Oceanian crisis is not to invade it. It is to give aid and possible peace keepinbg troops into the Oceanian state. Indonesia should be independent as it is largely Muslim. Chirsitians in this area should be allowed to leave however. The remainder of Oceania should remain democractic and futhermore we should work together to include this state into the Democratic Union. What say you? Regardless of the outcome our troops are already en route to Oceania to help defend democracy in this corner of the globe!

We cannot allow another democracy, even one who is as corrupted as Oceania's to fall to the communist plague sweeping the world. We shall not futher lay down to this. It is clear that while on paper the Democratic Union and the International Committern are equal, the International Committern is indeed the stronger as the recent inactivity of the DU shows.

Thus while the government of Finland stops shoret of condeming outright the governments of Russia, Germany, the Dominion of Colonies, the New Zealand rebel leadership and Indochina, we consider their actions speak louder than words and therefore we choose to scale back our diplomatic efforts in these nations.

Futhermore while we respectivle still send a delegate to the Democratic Forums of Madgascar and the Democratic Union we shall no longer consider this the principle.

Thus in all future actions of the Democratic Union the Finnish government will respectivley reserve its right to neutrality. Our focus is on Scandinavian rights and making Scandinavia free and prosperous for all. Any actions that infringe of this will be met with the fierceist oppostion.

You misunderstood me. If a majority that controls, say 45% of the vote outvotes a minority that controls 43%, conflict will ensue, no way around it. Votes decided by slight majorities are always controversial.
