List of Grievences:

1.) ICBMs at this age. Clearly that is a mistake. The thought of ICBMs didnt even enter my mind when starting plans for this war, because you need so much more technology then just 2 or 3 years in space. If there would have been the slightest of chance that ICBMs were a possibility, I would have postponed. It is clearly a mistake, das.

2.) Russian rebellions? That was a huge part of the plan. Russia covers dozens of ethnicities, and the added fact that half is democratic and half is communist should lead to some tensions if one side is supplied.

3.) Trade impacts on Germany and Commitern? That should be a huge hit.

4.) Communist resentment across the world for this nuclear fiasco. Millions have died, still millions more will, from this nuclear war. People across the world should pressure into fighting against Germany who has done all of this. Germany's own citizens should. People are easily amused and want to join communism when they get a man in space first, but when they kill millions they just turn their cheek?

5.) It is not a DU operation. I ask that you remove DU from the update, its not fair to me who has been arguing that it is not a DU operation.

6.) There was not one positive thing for the other side that is not the commitern. Comeon!

7.) Libya agreed via PM to join the alliance a week before the update. Perhaps you just forgot, I know the feeling I always do for my NESs.

8.) Oh, also, you say that Germany found out from counterintellegince. I dont hope you mean that you told him. Our diplomats should now have let anything slip out, especially after the whole prison camp thing. This is not to attack you das, I am just giving you my side of what happened. I still think this is the best NES ever, but I would like you to please take a look at these and correct the mistakes you made. It is one thing to make them, but it is a totally different thing not to correct them.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM SCANDINAVIA

My fellow Scandinavians,

Our brothers and sisters in NBorway, Sweeden and pockets in Finland remain occupied, however the retreat of the aggressors has begun! The light at the end of the tunnel of war that has engulfed our homes can be seen! Indeed the price for Scandinavian freedom has been high, Helsinki has ben wiped off the map, our countryside suffering from the effects of nuclear war. BUT our nation has not fallen, our people still free, and those of the Committern know that they have failed to prevent the Scandinavian re-emergence they so dreaded!

I say this because one hour ago today the creation of a new state has taken place. In complete accordance with each other, the governments of Norway, Sweeden and Finland have siugned the Decleration of Unity, and thus have re-created the United Scandinavia our enemies so despise, the Union of Democratic Scandinavian Republics.

For the duration of the war the National Assembly shall be the united arliaments of our three republics. I, Frol Lysenko have been nominated by the Assembly to serve as Interim President of the the UDSR and Olaf Magnussem of Sweeden shall be my Vice President. Roald Dahl of Norway shall be the Speaker of the House and thus the third in line to the Presidential office.

Indeed the UDSR represents Scandinavia's greatest oppurtunity for a free, independent and democratic future, while our resolve does not eaver, we endevour to bring peace to our land once again, allowing our peoples to rebuild their shattered lives.

Due to our stated goal to bring peace to our land we offer the Committern a chance to bring an everlasting peace. Of course if they reject we shall continue our struggle and eject those armies encamped in our nation!

- DMZs aloing the Scannian and Russian borders
- No reperations
- No limitations
- Committern recognises UDSR's full sovereignty
- Committern will help UDSR repair damage done by invasion (help relations also there)
- Iceland will be given independce
- Scannian state to have vote to join UDSR or not.
