I never said that it should have anything near the same impact as having all major cities nuked....I just thought that it should have some impact. Something.

There were nearly no vital industries near Germannia. The government has effectively evacuated itself. If the nuke would have hit, say, German Rhineland, Germany would have lost two economy levels AT LEAST. As it is, this simply enhanced the will to fight of the most, and decreased this will for some. Just like in Madagascar.

Somehow I doubt the wisdom of nuking Russia, then leaving it to handle a campaign the defeat in which might mean the invasion of Germany itself.

I mean they nuked Russia and made it look like it's Finland. So Russia owuld get closer to Germany and would be more devoted to kicking Finland ---...
And somhow they knew their going to get nuked... They evacuated their people and everything from the city... Nothing happand to them, wierd for a suprise nuclear strike that until now no one knows who shoot it...

Nation Background: Russia is a great power once again, despite Finland's nuclear strike in the beginning of WWIII. Allied with Germany and Britain, it begun to reclaim it's "last colony" (apart from Madagascar).

Germany and Russia always been close allies. Russia and Germany evacuated citys prior to the invasion. thats why when russia and germany got nuked, mose people were saved.

Russia didn't evacuated their cities. Cause they didn't knew of the nuclear strike but Germany somhow knew of it...

I think DC might have a point. Read carefully the passage explaining it.

As the Third Scandinavian War begun, six ballistic nukes from an unknown nation (presumably it was Burgundian or Finnish) were launched from some point in Northern Europe, destroying Germannia, St. Petersburg, Tsaritsyn, Kiev and Novgorod (another one was flying for Moscow, but was intercepted just barely). Luckily, the Russian reconnaissance planes noticed the missiles, and albeit they failed to intercept any (apart from the one flying for Moscow), 40% of Russian population in the cities managed to evacuate – in part, thanks to the nuclear emergency drills. Nevertheless, Russia suffered from the destruction of several key industries in Novgorod and Tsaritsyn (-2 Economy for Russia). PRG did not suffer as much, as most of the government officials were away from Germannia, and no key industries were located near it.
