First we can promise that the colonist will ofcourse recieve a speicel autonom status in their own cities (and i'm sure they live in their own cities... OOC: if their not they will be!) Second, your not Byzantium. Third we are a developed and advanced country and not barbarian "scum", and it's anyway better to be a barbarian "Scum" that wins war rather than "civilized" people who get conquered by barbarian "scum"...
