Sorry das, I just noticed that my Military Leadership should be Brilliant+1.

Are you sure? Btw, you really should try and format the domestic orders in a less complex way - its good the way it is, unless one wants to quickly find what exactly did you order.

OCC:Well the federate treaty has you paying us ,

IC:
If you are still interested in the larger transfer we proposed, we are still willing to offer that as a subsequent deal to the federate peace (I.e. we sign the FK deal, then make the transfer).

Note we feel the Federate Peace to be fair and even-handed and agree to it, these further transfers on the table are to be in addition if the ottoman's agrees.

Levels of dealiness;

1)The FK border proposal, 1 EP repairtions to us. All the stuff in the treaty.

2)The borders in post 1808 excluding soverienty of the city (Lets call it Rostov-on-Donu) on the Black sea, inexchange for 4 EPs. No repartions to us.

3)The deal in post 1730, altered and represented below after further investigation into the regions past (more muslim land in the Crimean region). For 12 EP over 2 turns + the naval gaurintees and GOI. Georgia and areminia as independent states (who would also pay moneys) or as ARs with the areas shown.
Plus all the provisions of the FK treaty. No repartions to us.
Area 1 is something of a difficulty full as it is of both christians and muslim with a tendency to rebel against whoever controls it. We suggest that if Aremenia and georgia are made independent that Dalnorossia shall control it but have it as and AR similiar to our Uzbek region (and pay another 2 EP to The Ottomans to boot). and thet if A and G are to be made only ARs then the Ottomans shall retain control of the troublesome region.

Area 2 indicated to distinguish it from area 1 ;)

You do realize that the locals might have some objections, right? ;) Circassians, for instance. And Tartars - there's a lot of Tartars there.

EDIT:
Lets call it Rostov-on-Donu

No need to - it is already called Azov. ;)

If the Armenians and Georgians get regional autonomy, we would expect no less for the Shi'ites of Iraq. In addition, we would like transfer of Azerbaijan to be included in the Federate treaty. If we are sacrificing al-Hasa and Southern Iraq, at the least Safavid Persia should receive it's ancestral lands back.

Azerbaijan is the teal ? on the Dalnorossian proposal.

Two small countries, eh...

We agree! (As long as we keep Basra, that is.)

Sorry about the Military Leadership thing das, but it's definitely Brilliant+1. I'll make sure to add a summary at the end of my domestic orders in the future.

So you get the Trade Center eh? I just don't think that the agressive nation should come out on top here. But I believe that Basra should be part of the Shi'ite nation. If it isn't, I see no point in bothering to create new nations.

Did you all work it out or not? Better question: do I have to invade Persia this turn or no?

No, of course not. Persia agrees completely to the Federate treaty.

We were just talking about how the Shiites could best get their autonomy. Either by some sort of Imperial decree, or simply making them into a semi-independent province like the Christian states, or making an independent nation.

The most likely option is the second, I think.

The port of Bandar-e' Abbas is currently Federate territory since it was leased to the Federate government, and Federate citizens did not leave it. Whether they will return to the rest of Persia or not will be up to them.
