Upon hearing concerns from a number of parties involved in the War and upon close examination of the Treaty proposed by Dolnorossia the FK has come to the conclusion that that Treaty cannot be accepted.
In return the FK is submitting its own treaty proposal that takes into better concideration the interests of states that did not have a voice in the first proposal.
Firstly, it is our belief that Dalnorossia has already acquired a large piece of land with minimal trouble and minimal fighting in the war, thus no further land will be awarded.
The Chinese border will be drawn exactly where the Chinese occupation is right now since there is no reason to change it.
Uzbekistan will be expanded from Dalnorossia's proposal. Since it will remain as part of Dalnorossia and not an independant state we feel all of Uzbekistan should be included. If Dalnorossia wishes to grant the country independance then the first set of borders would be acceptable.
The FK, which bore a large proportion of the weight in fighting, will retain Greater Afghanistan as per FK troop occupation.
The treaty specifies that if the FK and Persia agree then parts of Afghanistan may be exchanged for lower Pakistan.
Portugeese-Incan War
The FK is greatly concerned by the apparant lack of diplomatic attempts to resolve the crisis peacefully. The FK most strongly condemns Portugese agression and urges Portugal to reconsider its hawkish policy. The FK and other nations of the World will not tolerate agression and unless a diplomatic solution is reached further actions will be taken to fascilitate the peace process.
Hungary
The Government of the Federated Kingdoms has chosen to recognize the nation of Hungary as independant and fully sovereign. The FK strongly urges the Ottoman Empire to relinquish its claim to the Hungarian homeland and instead to formalize the independance process and build better relations with its new neighbor. In addition, the FK warns the Ottoman Empire that any action taken against civilian christian populations within the Ottoman Empire will be reseived in the worst possible light and an adequate and immediate responce will follow.

After considerations the Federated Kingdoms have decided to accept your offer of a 10 year NAP. In return neither side will support seperatist or otherwise rebellious movements in the other's territory and will refrain from supporting each other's enemies. If that is acceptable the deal will be made.

The Holy Islamic Kingdom of Persia agrees to the Federate treaty. Persia respectfully declines to hand over the Persian territory of Kalat, (Lower Pakistan) in return for sections of Afghanistan, but would like to extend the duration of the Perso-Federate NAP to 5 turns. Allahu Akbar!
