Orders are ok, Kentharu. And no, Harl, he isn't joking at all. Though he doesn't seem to have filled out the PMs to the absolute maximum - can't guarantee that he didn't neither, admittedly.

This is already looking to be an interesting BT (incidentally, that's at the very least a paradox). Far more interesting than anyone of you will hope, actually.

2 are filled to the absolute maximum, I believe, whilst one approaches somewhat close, and the other is about halfway, due to the fact that I like to keep sections together. (domestic, military, etc.)
