My orders are to continue building large, impressive structures, and some farms down the left slope of the mountain. Oh, and build some residential buildings, in Romanesque Revival style if possible.

City name: Bordo Ovest
Location: Far northwestern corner of the map, right where the water disappears.
Orders: Build into the hills, setting the city up as a small fishing/port town along the coast. Accordingly, build some docks and fisheries. Since it appears that the region is hilly, build small homes on those hills to support the population. Encourage industry along the lower regions and commernce in the middle.
Story soon.

The Mayor of Greenville dismisses the decleration of war as nothing as a publicity drive to support their unwarranted claims of independence and territory and to increase their population from just that one crazy man in the tower.

N.A.O. warns the "Mayor" of Greenville that unless he wants a side of thermonuclear weapons with his toast for breakfast tomorrow morning, he had better stop arguing.
Also, N.A.O. holds status as an Extra-Dimensional Non-Government Organization, (EDNGO) thus rendering it out of Mayor Iggy's jurisdiction.

We remind the esteemed representive of N.A.O. (who happens to be the crazy guy living alone in his tower) that he neither has thermonuclear weapons, nor does the Mayor eat toast for breakfast. On the contary the Mayor prefers pancakes with maple syrup for breakfast and you have nothing more deadly than a bulldozer that is likely to oveturn trying to get down the mountain to attack peaceful Greenville.
Futhermore just because it claims itself to be a EDNGO, even with the simple fact that there is no real basis for such an organisation to exist, N.A.O. is still very much under the Lord Mayor's jurisdiction, in so far that it remains technically an area of Neopolis.
