On one hand I'm more in favor of the more pragmatic and practical President Raymond Poincare, on the other I think we should go with the ideologue populist agenda driven Clemenceau who fought what the french people felt was right and was right. I ultimately feel that Clemenceau makes for sense for what this game is design for and am in open arms for his appearance if he so appears in the game.

Stepping in because I note Akhenaten at 23 (?!?!?)

Abbas I (Persia) 22
Akbar (India) 18 + 1 = 19 (This guy would be an excellent culture/military leader counterpoint to Gandhi, and more different than say Ashoka (who should replace Gandhi's peaceful role in future games))
Akhenaten (Egypt) 23 - 3 = 20 (Failed foreign policy, and reviled by almost all Egyptians to the point where he was struck off the kings list and his monuments defaced and destroyed, etc. Yes, Akhenaten made unique art and montheistic faith. But he neglected so many other duties as leader, and the Hittites ran circles around him in particular. If they put him on Civ rankings in future, he should be near the bottom. I hate Akhenaten, even though he is definitely a *unique* Egyptian leader, in much the same way that many bad rulers in history would be *unique*)

Muʿāwiya I (Arabia) 20
Shah Jahan (India) 22
