New 306.81 Nvidia drivers causing graphic anomolies on Leaders Civ5

Just installed 306.81 GeForce drivers and now all my leader faces (and where skin shows) has strange lines on them. they look like map lines for mapping facial movements.

Anyone knows how this can be fixed? I`ll be going back to the previous drivers soon if I can`t fix this myself.

Did you install drivers that came with disc?If so, you might be able to get newer drivers at Nvidia's website.That might help something, but I don't know for sure.
