New "Duke" Difficulty Mod complete!

Now works with Mod Browser!
This adds a new difficulty level for those that thought "King" level cheated too bad, but "Prince" was too easy.

Installation:
1. Put the Duke_Difficulty__v_1_.civ5mod file into the following folder: \My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. Run Winzip (or similar) to unzip it.
3. Follow the screenshots further down if necessary
4. "Duke" level only shows up if you choose "advanced setup" from the Mod screen as the video details.

Thank you, not just for the mod (which is quite interesting). Mod Browser is godawfully unstable for many.

Also, I can't upload to the official site Civ V site as that apparently needs Mod buddy.

How can I use this Mod for a scenario? Because I cant go to Advanced Setup when Im playing a scenario
