Hi,

I have took a 100x56 Earth Map and enchanced it and balanced it better. I still think it may need some odd tweaking in the future possibly but it sure is fun.

I play on the following and its super fast and fun.

The map and Barbarian Civs have been working out great in my testing. Tho I did find a small problem with France moving his starting Settler over to the North-East. So I will fix starting locations sometime later tonight and reupdate the file. Stay tuned for upgraded version soon.

This map is awesome, very well done, very fast and clean. This is the best Earth map ever seen for CivIV... TRY IT !!! it Worth.
also, i would like to see a little bit smaller version ... My PC run this one very well but it's still big for the gameplay. The Empire are BIG as Hell and it take hours to conquer a Fraction of the maps.

I give your map a big 9/10 ! GOOD JOB

I cant take all the credit! The main map was designed from Rhye and then someone took it and shrunk it a bit. I then tweaked it a bit and added Barbarian Civilizations. It still could use a bit of tweaking but is coming along.

I would like some how to shrink the land area between Russia and Mongola a little. Yet Im not great using those map hacking programs to cut and paste what I'd need to do.

Great Map, Troy:

I played it several times wtih friends.

Couple suggestions:

-You forgot Ivory
-China much too strong
-Move Russia couple squares East
-Quecha, Malinese, and Japan never get off the ground.
-Remove Barbs from Europe, all ready too crowded.
-Remove France and Rome from Europe, still much too crowded.

I forgot Ivory? WoW..I will take a good look at this map soon. I have been reworking one as we speak in secret. Oops! Guess its not such a secret anymore. Yeah I have alot of stuff coming that will make it alot better. Already tested it last night and it was great. Not perfect but pretty dam good.

People please report to me all your finding. I really need to know what you like and dislike. I also need to know any bugs you think yo may have found.

Oh, on the Japan part I have seen them take all of South Asia several time. They just do it slowly. I even seen them move into Chinas area. I think you will like my new version coming later today much much better!
