This is not a federal bill there for it does not fall under the federal constitution.

This falls under NF organizing its government.

I would agree that this does not fall under the category of a "federal bill", but I do feel it would be considered a "special bill". Therefore, I have brought this matter before the Supreme Court for further review. I respectfully request that until the Supreme Court has concluded its inquiry, that respected citizen, Equuleus, please place this law on hold.
