Hi,
I've been thinking about adding a government.
One that adds the goods of repo and commie together.
I like commie in late games because it adds another (although weaker) 3rd core of productive cities. WW is gone so it's good for domination or conquest victories. But the money drop off is too big, since republic can buy you anything. Only WW can get you from repo to commie. It's not the production that does it.

You'd have to learn the tech of computers.
